We really need to nerf right clicking champs...

GigglesO··2 votes·533 views

I know threes aren't the normal, and I know that balance is a little different there... but I just lost three games in a row to double support with adc/yi/aatrox... We couldn't get to the two supports, and we couldn't kill the carry through the double shield...

I feel like threes are just 5's amplified....

Find Right click champ Play said right click champ Get support to suck your D Profit.

Rinse repeat.

Please trash this garbage meta, it isn't enjoyable.

I agree champions like Kog Maw are a bit to strong when it comes to just right click to win, but i think we need to nerf champs that just "out play" by pressing R (somtimes Flash R) too... Syndra Malzahar Zilean Veigar Nautilus Shen Soraka

Zilean Soraka Shen R is only a problem when used on a champ that can do BpS ( ADCs + Melees with Crit ) Nautilus R has too long cast and travel time unless used at point blank ( happens only when u position badly ) + he is a Tank so he needs his team to follow up with damage. Veigar dodge the rest of his shit and ur fine, also dont sway ur hips near him when u are below %50 HP + his ult is kinda short ranged. Malzahar his ult is a double edged sword. Syndra her the rest of her shit, only her 6 - 7 spheres R is a threat but it is not as easy as having Draven MissFortune Jhin crit someone for a comparable damage with just an auto for example. Fun Fact : although Syndra 6 - 7 Spheres R, despite the fact that it has setup time ( 3 - 4 extra Qs ) + downtime ( CD ) + delay ( not as instant as a crit auto ) + Limit ( Spheres dont last forever ) and does only damage ( no lifesteal with normal builds ), shares the same "stay out of my range or get bursted with a targeted nuke" issue ADCs have on their crit autos but to a much lesser extent ( highlighted above ) but it is OK for ADCs to endlessly benefit from this issue ( autos have none of Syndra 6 - 7 spheres R use restrictions + they have lifesteal ) while people only whine about Syndra for having it on a limit.

Mindless bias ...

my point was that they are to easy to deploy. so many skills are just point and click and when a point and click skill can decide so much it maybe a bit too strong. if you are so sick of Right click heros they make items you can build to stop them. item 3075 item 3143 item 3047 i should have also added cho gath to the list of Silly R's. Point and click anything is entirely too easy to use I would prefer skill shots on more champions in the future not Point and click to win. I never once said that the Right clickers of the world arent too strong so before you get all defensive and start calling my opinions mindless bias why don't you chill out... we're on the same side...

You can't stop a right clicking champ with those two items.

item 1419 item 3153 item 3033 item 3022

tanks can survive with those items... tanks aren't supposed to kill the Right clicking champions they are supposed to soak damage that's what those items are for. Assassin's kill most Right click champions. I understand maybe in the LCS things are a bit different but lets pretend for a minute that us casual forum posters aren't perfect players. Assassin's dumpster the right clickers especially early... champions that build those items take a very long time to come online and they don't have def stats in the meantime. I agree they are ticking time bombs but they are weak early so pick some great early game champions like Zed Talon Syndra or if you really want to make them sad just play good ol Malzahar and press R... all the sudden they can't right click and they die

But thats the thing, tanks are dying in 2-3 seconds even with those items... They are super gold inefficient as well.

Thornmail is 74.71% gold efficient without its passives. Randuin's Omen's is 78.16% gold efficient without its passive, active and Critical strike damage reduction.

meanwhile we have Infinity Edge is 95.59% gold efficient without its passive. et al

I could go on and on, the survive-ability just isn't there.

I agree tanks are bit underwhelming, but sometimes people take a champion with No Def steroids, build it with tank items and assume they are tanks. To me a tank needs to have Damage reduction or armor/ mr steroids in kits. I don't see Galios, Garens, or Nasus dying in 2-3 seconds. They can get CC'd into oblivion and die in like 7-8 seconds and I agree that is very frustrating but i feel like that lies more with CC's not having diminishing returns.

Ok sure but why1 votes

I agree, it's only okay for the tanks to do damage to each other in this game

I think this is the first time I've ever seen someone ask to nerf a sub-46% winrate character. Find it rather hilarious.

I'm not specifically asking to nerf aatrox. He didn't even build tank/bruiser last night. The issue I'm seeing in both 5's and 3's is that between itemization, cc, and shield/healing the carry doesn't even have to move, he is literally just a walking tower.

Just look at the current adc issue that there is in 5's, extrapolate that to 3's and that is what happened. We got our asses kicked because they took a melee adc and just buffed him to the point where we couldn't kill him. They could have taken any champion and done the same thing in the same way because right now tank stats mean almost nothing.

While I do agree that ranged ad characters do need a massive rework to their overall kits (I'm thinking along the lines of their auto damage being dependant on the proximity to what you're hitting, where it'd deal less the further away you were), I'm also under the impression that melee ad's are sorta fine where they are. Practically all of them have two pretty simple win-condies against them (in the case of things like yi/fio, you have to camp them early and prevent them from scaling while everything else is the opposite where armor usually has them doing nothing) hardly making them overpowered.

Overall, your gripes seem to be stemming more from the lack of knowledge of countering them and less about the fact they have "no counters". Would heavily reccomend doing research on them, as even lategame things like xin thoroughly destroy yi (especially if you sneak in thornmail like i've had a habit of doing).

Old thornmail acutally did a better job at dealing damage to the enemy and countering right clicking champions. The new thornmail does very little in the way of stopping damage, and you can actually still just outheal its damage, even when tied with other armor items. A combination of Phantom dancer giving 12% damage reduction while not actually dealing more than on hit effects from items like razors botrk and rageblade.
