She was completely screwed in the update - her W clunkiness makes her impossible to play late game, and the 1.5s lockout means she can't do anything to ADCs with lifesteal.
She only has a high banrate because of Bronze 6 noobs who feed her and FF20.

The ultimatum that she offers from the WQ harass that would go through minions, or being chained is so strong, that the enemy has no choice but to die. One of the large problems is actually her passive, which a lot of players actually say its underpowered. I object to this. As a person who value early aggresion this skill is near cheating. Its estentially a additonal spell that you can aquire pre-4 that scales to ult class damage around 6. No champ can withstand this.
I actually fear that her early game will be nerfed to some degree, and shifted towards her midgame. Its more healthier since she is near pantheon class oppresive.

Another thing that is constantly screamed out by these non-leblanc mains. Is that she is not able to one-shot a carry anymore without using passive. This is a total LIE. It is actually true that you cant just kill somebody using QR. But if you "commit" by using W and then use your QR, somehow riot kindly left us the satisfaction of chopping the adcs block off for us. This several degree of commitment is the counterplay riot addressed and something that us mains need to get used to. For example, a WQR one-shot is medium level, while using chains is a vast commitment but a assured OVER kill.
