I just played a game where I dived someone and I was under the assumption the tower would kill me so i started to drop some mad bm. turns out I couldve survived as the tower shots were slow. is there any reason why the towers fire speed fluctuates from fast to slow? I searched online and couldnt find an answer

This Tower shots also ramp up over time, the longer a single target holds the aggro, the stronger and faster the shots become.
