When Rammus ults near a burrowed Rek'Sai, her Tremor Sense should be sporadic, or a large single tremor near him.

i dont really know how to respond to this.. logically... yes it should. but this is a game we have to do stuff that is balanced too. logically Blitzcrank andNautilus proably shouldnt get damaged by Nidalee spear. wtf is a freaking spear going to do to metal... logically Sona shouldn't be able to hear when you ping the map or hear reksai's scream when he ultis. logically Annie 's fire and summoner 14 proably shouldnt hurt Brand . and Nami shoudnt be able to heal Brand by throwing water on him. logically LeeSin proably shouldn't be affect by Nocturne ulti vision reduction or be blinded byTeemo .

We could assume that the poison is also extremely corrosive, and burn/melt matter. Also, poison poison.

Many new interactions with Rek'Sai's Tremor sense could make a more dynamic sense of.... well tremors. I think that would be more visually appealing (because what Braum ults without anyone nearby?).

How bout just near some of his tunnels. It could get overwhelming (seeing as other champions could to the same). Just make it freak out when they or the ability (i.e. Braum ult) cross a Rek'Sai tunnel, where the tunnel shows like 4 or 5 tremors even if there is only one person there

Would be cool but from a mechanic standpoint that is alot of work for a single champion

For just what I suggested, probably not. But for multiple champions' abilities, it might be more challenging.
