His 1v1 doesn't seem to be that good before level 9. He has bunch of bad match ups and he's not a good split pusher champion. Yet somehow his win rate remains ok. I just don't get the idea outside of randomly ulting people in teamfight for crazy slow, almost guaranteed execute and massive fear. Are u guy dumb? What is his purpose in game, not laning phase.
Poke someone down while they try to cs, set up ganks with your Q E R, good 2v2 skrimisher, late game massive threat with his insane damage and conqueror perma healing
He's a ranged top lane that can harass the mostly-melee range cast. When you have an advantage in health, you initiate and walk around them for damage.
