adc's "sucked" because the only viable ones were the ones that broke the game by doing shit tons of damage from unreachable places (MissFortune Varus Jhin Ezreal) but now that adc's aren't getting insta-gibbed by everything, you realize that all of them actually were op if not for dying so fast and so now there are adcs everywhere

Twitch and especially kindred aren't meta junglers Varus, jhin, ez are rarely mid. Ashe is rarely support. And you're still missing a substantial amount of adcs botlane.
