I'm pretty sure that the damage cap was not mentioned in the update, because it's unchanged. The only thing that changed is now the %health missing is now on the Active component rather than the passive one.

If the Damage cap no longer exist. I'm pretty sure it would have come up in the PBE, and if not, will be hotfixed.

I played it in the PBE. That's when I noticed this.

Trick2g introduced jungle fizz to a couple thousand viewers back when feral flare was still a thing. a lot of people took it one step farther by just going pure wits end + nashors on him plus other onhits. The clear's not that bad cos of his w passive. Not really new...

Fizz was released like 39 months ago... but yeah, he has been jungled for 3 years in both AP and AD/bruiser forms.

It probably wasn't as noticeable before because it was a dot and not all upfront. Now with the damage being death immediately it's much easier to see the large amounts of damage it's doing to monsters and will most likely be fixed.
