Can We Get An Actual Unique Jayce Skin?

One with different taunts/jokes/voice over/abilities. We have 2 jayce skins that are 1350 RP, rarely any of the abilities are changed. The voice over is just autotuned differently to sound like a robot or deeper voice. The taunts/jokes/etc are still the exact same. Honestly dont know why people would buy forsaken/full metal jayce when you could get bright hammer which is cheaper and looks better.
