#But Ashe need to get four stack of ranger focus before she can activate it.
They both last for 4 second and increase their DPS except for the fact that Ranger's focus slows the enemies and Deadly Plumage speed Xayah up.
They are pretty much exist to do the same thing yet Ashe is gated by the requirement of 4 stack.
Also Xayah ability gives more attack speed then Ashe at level 5.

B00B001 votesfuck me, thats not right!
Kiharon1 votesDeadly Plumage has a 16-12 second cooldown. Ranger's Focus has a 0 second cooldown and is available again 4 autos after it finishes.
Colgate Gator1 votesI thought of so many witty retorts at the same time to this stupid thread that they all imploded and I'm left with nothing.
iLLp1 voteswell xayah only gets a root for her troubles and doesn't have a built in slow for an auto attack.
meanwhile ya home girl ashe slows on an auto attack which can lead into a stun which also has an aoe slow.
stop complaining
