Item idea for a group of people that desparately need it (ap tanks/manaless APs)

This is something that is needed for... Vlad, Morde, AP tanks, etc.etc.etc.

Amplifying tome+ Rejuv bead+ 200g=

"Fist of the Magi" Stats 30 AP, +75%base health regen Unique Passive: Dealing spell damage heals caster for 20x(caster level) over 10 seconds.

Fist of the Magi+ Haunting Guise+ Aether wisp+300g 100 Ap, +75% health regen +350 hp Unique Passive: +5% movement speed UNique Passive: Fist of Pain +30 magic pen Unique Passive: Dealing spell damage heals caster for 35x(caster level) over 10 seconds. Unique Passive: Dealing spell damage to an enemy champion increases movement speed by 10 for every champion marked, lasting 5 seconds, decaying after 2.

There was an on-cast healing item back in the day called Innervating Locket.

It was broken as balls.

Riot isn't going to make something like that again.

Asa Soraka fan I would love those.

The healing on spell damage gives her interactivity when there aren't any enemy champs around even. Which makes her less reliant on landing those skillshots perfectly, since she can tag some healthy minions with it instead.

Maybe tone the AP down a bit on the fully upgraded version, since 100 seems a bit much with all the other stats and affordable price.

I figure at 60-80 somewhere it's competitive with other AP items without being something you get over other major damage items. I figure you'd have to have it at 70 or lower to not be just flat out better than item 3152
