Are You Better Off Then You Were 4 (Pre-4.19) Patches Ago?

I would say no... I have yet to find any significant changes (-bug ones) that have made my gameplay experiece better then what 4.18 and before used to be.

At the end of the day... whereas when it comes to talks of balance and the like... if RIOT isn't making things BETTER then it is time to stop and readdress the situation and reevaulate vs pressing onwards and off a cliff.

IF not... I believe it is time for a CHANGE of course :) Revert to 4.18!
