I'm really confused over Riots decision on not reworking Morgana.

When she was supposed to receive an updated kit, Riot didn't because it was fine as is.

But then suddenly they want to nerf her. That completely contradicts the decision to not rework her, which is it??? If her W is unmanageable to balance midlane because shes so uninteractive, then why is her rework skipped entirely? Her W is either OP mid or a high mana cost poke tool that doesn't do any real poke damage to proc item 3303 as a support. I also refuse to believe that there are Morg mains that are super happy with her passive, it is barely a passive.

Again, she was supposed to have a rework, but mixed signals are sent when she wasn't reworked followed by attempts at nerfs.

Where do you see any of the assertions that you've made here?

Also, why do you think trying to balance a kit (nerf/buff) means it has to be reworked?

She wasn't meant for a rework. She was a minor VGU that turned into just visual with an ult buff. They said they tried changes for her before but didn't like them, and that her kit already is well done and they didn't want to push any changes that weren't fit for her.

Please do your research before you say something like that.

I do not agree with the nerfing though. She's been fine as is for years now and all of a sudden they want to nerf her W and E after getting one stupid R buff. Entirely ridiculous.
