Heres a Soraka skin concept I've made. (Dream Shepherd Soraka)
That's a WIP thingy,
This is the general concept:
Soraka's passive: She floats forward towards her target, similarly to when a Starguardian exists the fountain.
Recall: She sits on a pinkish cloud, a little fence appears out of nowhere and she starts counting sheep that hop over it until she falls asleep, and poof.
Also WW in sheep's clothing in that background.
I was thinking also maybe an antithesis to the nightmare skins.
What do you guys think?
