I find it works really well on twisted fate as a later item. extra AP and MS is always good on him.

i wouldnt build it on annie item 3135 item 3089 and boots are pretty much mandatory, then you have 3 slots left which are usually an hp item ( item 3116 or item 3027 ) then that leaves 2 slots which normally are item 3157 and item 3026 . So there isnt a whole lot of wiggle room. I can see long range poke ap champs like Ziggs Xerath Velkoz Lux and possibly Karma .

Annie has very spammable Q when last hitting minions but otherwise she's not an ideal champion cause there are probably better item choices as you said.

Xerath and Lux might be good candidates for Luden's echo due to bringing a long range snipe spells. Lux however lacks movement speed and spammy spells to really make a lot of use of the passive in combat. The same could be said of Xerath although his Q has relatively short cd at max rank.

item 3285 was secretly made for Yasuo

Yasuo + item 3087 + item 3285 + item 3100 + item 3001 + item 3135 + item 3157 = stupidly unexpectedly powerful AoE, and single target burst. (E for days! Q to proc lich bane.)

OH OH OH I LOVE AP YASUO IT'S SO FUNNY BUT I PRIORITIZE E AND HEALING FROM IT SO WHEN YOU'RE IN A HEATED 1V1 YOU CAN JUST DASH THROUGH MINIONS FOR 300 HEALTH A POP. HERE'S WHAT I BUILD:

Upgrade---> item 3152 Upgrade---> item 3087 Buy---> Buy---> item 3100 Upgrade---> item 3146 Buy---> item 3001 or item 3124 or item 3089 or item 3135

Best of both worlds :)

Played against Riot Baconhawk yesterday, and I swear she was doing her best Roadrunner impression. Swoop in, /laugh ("Beep beep!" *hop*), flee...

Boots + Talisman of Ascension + Twin Shadows + Luden's Echo + Zephyr passive is crazy. Her Luden's Echo passive had almost 100% availability.

Anyone know how it works with Heimer turrets? If his turrets charge and use the passive it seems like it would be good.

I just realized that this is an item built for her. MS and Proc off of Hate Spike... Add a Lichbane, Nashors, Deathcap and....

She's still underpowered isn't she....... :(

item 3031 item 3087 Max E first. They'll be half dead before they even know what hit them. If you get lucky, that might even blow up near-instantly.

This item is really great on Diana and Cassiopeia as far as I've tested... especially Diana's burst........ I don't even need to go through a full Q,R,W,E,R rotation with this item at full charge...... It turns that full rotation into just, Q,R,W, passive proc. This really helps out in team fights because your Ultimate doesnt go on a huge cooldown after just taking out one target. I've tried it on all the AP champs I play so far and I feel like it's definitely best on Diana so far.
