I'll keep this short and sweet.

Would you guys on Live Balance consider reverting Koggy back to where he was before his Q remake? Turning his Q into a skill that further enhances his DPS from a safe range rather than a fall-back ability to use on people who jump him skewed his power-budget considerably and resulted in a torrent of nerfs that kicked him into the gutter while making him even weaker in duels against soft, highly mobile foes.
