Problem with new hud and cd reducing abilities.

So I just played XinZhao and the new hud doesn't even show the visual effect of my cooldowns being reduced when using Three talon strike. This was very annoying. It almost felt like my Q wasn't even reducing the cooldown. I don't know about any other cooldown reducing spells but it is probably the same for things like Ezreal Q. As much as a hate this hud, I am learning to live with it but I really don't like the when the Hud is flawed unlike the reliable old one.
