Question about Kled in PBE - I am not a volunteer tester in PBE

So, read this note: Mounted: Skaarl takes damage instead of Kled. When Skaarl's health depletes. Kled dismounts. Bonus health applies to Skaarl only.

And I have to wonder, does it mean that Lulu cannot target Kled when he's dismounted with her ultimate? Because she can grant temporary bonus health with it. And if so, does it work normally? If not, perhaps he should be untargetable by it. At any rate, it would make sense if they were strong together since they are both Yordles but I don't know how nice it would be for balance.

I am pretty sure bonus health in general applies to things like Runes, Masteries, and Items...but not sure about something like Lulu's ultimate. I'm also pretty sure that shields will work normally on Kled although I haven't read all that much about him and could be totally wrong on that one.
