Eve nerfs

She's really not. Her damage is pretty sick right now. Nerfing her Q hurts, but she benefits so greatly from Trinity/Runeglaive that it is honestly a good lever to tweak on her to nerf her dps considering she has the speed more often than not to keep up with her opponents.

The real problem is the limited way Riot can balance around stealth right now. There are only so many tools for it, and having Eve almost always invisible is only countered by vision wards and/or traps. Because of THIS, her damage has to be kept in check so she doesn't explode people instantly with no counterplay involved. Vision wards can only do so much and be placed once per person.

She's had a huge spike in pro play, and she isn't just holding her own, she's doing incredibly well.
