..they made this cancer that makes a whole class of champions have a perma slow with some CDR while giving a good amount of HP/AP for the stupid utility it brings.¯_(ツ)_/¯

Rylais is being nerfed next patch I think meddler said, but it hurts mages who are already in a bad spot like Taliyah
