why do they want to completely gut shyvana instead?

i mean this testing change on pbe, it will simply make her not viable any more, worse than pre-rework:

Shyvana Burnout (W) [no longer does +20% damage against monsters]

I don't get it you got three OP junglars and I know all three don't get banned, what is stopping you from playing them if they so damn good?

Because aoe junglers out clear everyone else too well, so her added damage was only widening the gap.

I was very impressed that the nerfs actually boosted her win rate.

I still wouldn't have nerfed her... Hecarim/Lee/Vi are straight up broken right now.
