Increase Cooldown on Lux Ult

Ok so, for reference, Riven's Ult CD was recently nerfed to help promote counter play/comebacks and reduce her snowball potential. Basically so that she can't return to lane after killing you and already have her ult almost ready to go once again.

Lux's R needs the same treatment.

She is even more face roll than Riven once she gets a lead. Land a Q? E R dead.

wow skillz.

this massive semi-global nuke on sub-30s cool down is a bit ridiculous. Feels awful when you die based off eating 1 single skillshot. doesn't help that slowing E has massive range and mana cost was buffed.

Have you ever PLAYED Lux? Because if so you'd know how to deal with her a ton better. Seriously... try it. Go play a few Lux games, and when you get stomped, watch how the enemy did it... then do that to enemy Lux you face.

Or, y'know... you could just QQ about a champion you lost to recently because learning how to play against them would involve admitting that you've made mistakes and then correcting them.

If she can kill you in one combo that means she's massively ahead of you.

If you eat all of her Qs, that might explain why - and that's on you.

The ult CD doesn't even get that short until she has lots of CDR and rank 2 or 3.

^ This. Her Q is her most difficult to land skill, and even her E doesn't hurt that bad unless you let her proc her passive off it every time. If you have sustain and you avoid her Q - E - R combo you're fine. If you eat her easily dodged set-up skill... that's YOUR fault dude. And if she misses it and you can get on her, she's dead.

Learn to play the match up!

This is why I have mastered the "be annoying 40% cdr lux who just constantly pushes every lane out." Probably not the MOST effective way of playing her but at least I don't constantly live in fear of getting booty blasted xD.

Heh, that's how I usually play her too. Play safe, play smart and when they make a risky play out of annoyance, blow 'em up.
