I began playing LoL in June of 2018. Since then, there have been no changes to Quinn as far as I know. I'm not just talking about reworks or ability changes, but balances at all. She is not a popular champ, definitely in the bottom 10% of played champs, but I still feel she needs some changes. Being kept at the same state for 18 months just seems extreme. What are some others thoughts on this?
She had her last change in 9.4 earlier this year, which was a running animation update XD but nah, her like last major gameplay changes were back in 5.22 (in 2015) when they did the marksman rework and she did not get what she deserved. She could be a lot better off.
At one point this year (maybe it was last) T1 grinded her to top 5 or somethin like that. I still love her. I think it helps her that shes so unplayed, nobody knows how to play against her haha.
