Any plans to buff Bard's heal?

Because lets face it at later levels it's essentially just a movement speed buff. Which is fine, but so many other supports have an MS boost built into what they already do that a targeted one seems underpowered (I mean really.. Janna, Nami, Sona all have multi target MS boosts already).

Are there any plans to either increase the movement speed it gives or buff the heal to larger amounts? I would suggest giving it the ability to free the target of CC but that might be overpowered.

Oh also I play bard sometimes and it once let me target and heal an enemy... is that intentional? (Also no I wasn't just trolling lol, my ADC was running and the enemy ezreal practically teleported on top of her and it healed him instead).

Please riot? Love Bard, powerful or not, but he could use a little bit of love on that one skill.
