Tsugaga1 votesFor the most RAW DPS you can get, that's probably a good build if you have that much gold, however you'll be a lot slower and squishier than usual. If the enemy team can't even get close to you then this build would be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it against everyone.

redniwediS1 votesI understand the double IE, but why double phantom dancer? Just take some additional crit runes to make up the difference and you can fit in a better item, like Mercurial Scimitar or Ghostblade.
