I might see a 
every 20 games... so basically every off-meta champ in terms of play ratings...
But when I see this bitch, WHEN I SEE DIS BITCH he does 1 of 2 things
1: Feeds terribly and flames hard (my team)
2: Feeds early game until you're fighting this other bitch 
and your about 3/4th's health after you kill her and he pops up like BAM NOW YOUR DEAD in two hits
help plz?
I'm not sure what you totally mean by this post or what you want help with, but if you look at my match history I consider myself pretty good at Kha'Zix.
For #1, this is probably because the player is trying way to hard to get fed. They are most likely forcing ganks, invading, or trying to dive. Kha'Zix is not good at diving early because he doesn't have his evolved E, so try to tell your jungler to gank when it is convenient for him and when the enemy is pushed up to your tower.
For #2, this is most likely because of his evolved Q. His Q does extra damage when you are isolated and alone, and on top of that his passive empowered auto attack counts as two procs of Thunderlords Decree. This means that if he is running TLD, it only takes a Q+AA to proc thunderlords. Your best bet is to have vision around your area when fighting someone, that way if you are in a fight and get out with low health you wont be instantly killed by a sneaky bug.
