Why is it Bronze Vaynes, and Tristana's are #1 anti killers?

Just curious Is it me or does every one else seem to notice that If you're in bronze and you get a tristana or Vayne as your ADC you're almost Guaranteed to see them Save countless enemy Lives by knocking them away from killing blows?

I don't know how many times I see this but its bad that now when I see my Bottom Select Vayne or Trist, I cringe

Because they knock enemies backwards where as other ADC's can't.
