I'm pretty sure they just keep in rotation w/e makes them money, and then rotate those guys in and out via random buffs and nerfs. Then occasionally to make extra money they randomly make something super op...

They're tossing future money in the trash so they can have a fraction of it sooner. I for one haven't given Rito any money since patch 4.13 when they publicly said they don't want my money.

You do know that skins still exist, right? Plus you need to buy the actual champ if you're a newer player, so it's effectively pay2win from that POV.

thats why yasuo/leesin can be as mobile as they are even if at times it lets them straight outclass other options

Emphasis on the "objectively" part. It's inherently anti-fun to play against OP characters and frequently to be on the same team as them as well.
Hell, sometimes it's not fun to play as an OP character either. I fucking hated being a LeBlanc main when she still had OP silence. Most boring and unfun games of my life, going 14-0 every game and feeling no sense of accomplishment whatsoever cause I knew the enemy had ZERO chance for outplay.
Point, click, dead. Completely uninteractive, just like fucking Highlander Priest.
