Vladimir Buff Idea - Haeomplague Early Pops

What if,

And bear in mind this idea came to me in a quiche-fueled delirium of stress and panic.

Haeomplague could be reactivated early by recasting the spell, so that Vladimir wouldnt die waiting for the heal to pop. Vlad gets to be a bit safer during his shit phase (i.e. the entirety of early game) and has more options to play around, while the enemy can deny the full duration of taking extra damage by forcing Vlad to reactivate his heal?

make the heal weaker than it is on full duration and yeh perfectly fine by me. cause i wouldnt want a 100hp blad insta healing to full hp in one second lmfao

That is a gross exaggeration on how much Vlad can heal.

Even with a 5-man Haemoplague he's not healing that much. But thank you regardless!

just saying i rly dont midn vlad as a champ i actually find him a bit weak too. at least his kit has proper counterplay and powerspikes for a draintank unlike cancer swain who can just R and run around.

I'd say make the damage weaker if he pops it early.

Makes it a choice between health and damage, which is pushed even further because he'd be denying his team the damage buff as well.

Plus it avoids the R->CR Q+E+R pop instant 100-0 burst thing he'd be able to do.

That's actually really clever, though might not be enough. Maybe make it so that the heal is a bit weaker (not too much more) if reactivated early, to really try to incentivize waiting and giving a huge gambling type thing, like waiting on Trynd ult

If Vlad's using it to escape ganks in lane, he's going to heal for fuck all anyway because he'll have barely any AP. At best, just enough to escape, nowhere near enough to keep fighting.

Lategame, Vlad's probably not going to need to rely on the early pop because he's tankier.

I'd start with just making it instantly heal him after it naturally pops, rather than after a second or two like currently.
