Even with level 18 bases and 9 armor seals, he's at a total of: 53 MR 154 armor
With sorc boots and magic pen marks, your AP carries are dealing nearly true damage to him.
Your ADC is doing massive damage to him even without armor pen, with an allied

Hecarim actually scales better with resistances than HP because his W heals for all allied damage on enemy champions. Resistances make that effective healing much larger - HP does nothing to help it. Which would explain why that isn't even Hecarim's ideal build:
(both most popular and highest win rate build).
I mean, let's reset and put the same build on Soraka: OMG, over 4400 HP and over 200AD and stupid sustain for herself AND her allies (not including runes and masteries) - not to mention she can attack from range!
I mean, if you only build two non-multiplicative stats and ignore the rest of the stats anything can sound OP...
140 AD base at level 18 (with 25% from sterak's) 25 ad from triforce 30 ad from mallet 41.4 AD from his passive (30% of bonus movespeed as AD, 55 from swifties, 60 from 100 stacks of dead man's, 23 from triforce) That gives him 236.4 AD. Unless he ghosts or uses his E, he's nowhere near 330+ ad.
2111 base health 500 health from deadman's 250 health from triforce 400 health from cinderhulk 400 health from sterak's 700 health from mallet +15% bonus health from cinderhulk That gives him 4698.5 health.
