@Meddler : An idea for Galio.

Is it possible, that galio could have his e changed from where instead of him casting a whirlwind, he swoops forward with his wings leaving a speed trail behind him. Just with the recent changes to his ult, I've been using him more and find I get camped or have no way to engage. The idea of Galio swooping forward with his e like a bird swooping in for its prey. I would lower the base damage on the E and make it buff his auto attack damage or something? I just feel like no one has a chance to do any #lcsbigplays with galio if he's that immobile. Let him use his wings!
