My ping is usually 30, now around 75 after pre-season with huge jumps in ping every few minutes.

Literally unplayable with 6 second freezes every few minutes. I've hit ping levels so high they merge with my FPS counter making it look like I have 60k or so ping (which I hope isn't what actually happened).
