Crow Nebula2 votesExcept, Nimbus Cloak would be useless on many of those champions. For example, Kassadin, when built optimally, has his ultimate on cooldown for less than 2 seconds, during which he carries out a 2 second combo (without moving) to finish those damaged by his tele-pounce. And Aurelion Sol's ult already slows enemies, so in order to finish them off with his stars, Sol can't move very much.
