Ive won over 40 games since my last fragment

I mean don't get me wrong riot I love you guys, love the game (most of the time anyways) love that you want to give us free stuff

but seriously after you get 12 fragments (4 keys) the drop rate goes for decent to low (from 0 - 12 frags) to non existent (after 12)

you guys said it was like trying to level up, well why not make it just like that, give us a bar that slowly fills each game we play (or win) and once full we get a fragment, that would be awesome
