Me and my Silver friends will get Plat next season easily, if not higher. I know this because we go against Plats and win in Ranked 5's. Mechanically we're all pretty average, but we've been playing together so long our teamwork and communication typically trumps individual shortcomings.

But we'll still be Silver players, our Elo will just be ridiculously inflated because soloq will allow us to play together and abuse the fact that we've been playing together for years.

Dynamic queue is still based on your individual skill. Ranked Teams is based on a completely separate MMR

I believe Dynamic queue allows you to queue as 5, which basically makes the Ranked Teams queue pointless af

I think what he's trying to say is as a solo queue player, he's not the strongest (could be wrong), but when he plays full 5 with his friends, him + and his friends are much better, so you can essentially artificially boost your "solo" queue rating now by doing so (I think, i could have misunderstood)
