Sejuani Nerfs...?
Glacial Prison (R) slow lowered to 30% at all ranks from 90%
I mean yeah, she became too powerful, but isn't this a bit much? I mean this sounds like a huge nerf to the slow, or am I wrong?

That slow only occurs if you miss and the end of the skillshot happens to be near enemies. You shouldn't be missing your ult, anyway. I'm not sure why Riot thought Sejuani should get a "consolation prize" for missing her ultimate. The real nerf to Sejuani was the decrease to her W's scaling, but she'll still do plenty of damage... It's not uncommon for her to build a Liandry's Torment, so she'll still do a lot of % health damage.
I'm just glad they haven't hit the ult itself yet. Or her E slow.
