Is AD Fizz still more optimal than AP Fizz?

disregardable2 votesNope. AD Fizz was really "Attack Speed Fizz". His W took 3% of your health per AA when activated- meaning, if you stacked attack speed, you'd assassinate faster. Now the 3% is a passive per every 6 seconds, so attack speed does nothing for you.
