PBE Jayce nerf is excessive and unnecessary

Jayce Hyper Charge (Cannon W ) attacks now deal 60/70/80/90/100% damage from 70/85/100/115/130%

You just nerfed him in 4.21 taking away a considerable amount of his crazy burst power and the change has not even made it to competitive yet. I dont understand why Riot always goes for these kinds of excessive heavy handed nerfs that trash tiers champions rather than just reducing their power.

If you really have a problem with his W and want to nerf it why not just make it unable to crit?

i mean the dumb thing is that they just nerfed him. Also taking away his ability to crit when using W would literally solve all the problems and abuse cases.

Jayce is still too strong even after the nerf. His combination of long range AoE poke and short range high burst with dual resist damage and dual resist shred is stacked to no end. But then you remember his AoE speed boost and knockback-stun(WTF?), his kit is way overloaded and numbers too high... the coming nerf will at least bring him down a bit.

Making it unable to crit will completely balance him. No damage change is necessary. It was the infinity edge+w combo that made it OP, not just his fucking w. Don't butcher both.
