Yeah Veigar was nerfed, and currently is weak

But because he has more counter play, he can now receive buffs (which he needs). Riot made him a bit too weak and they know that, but just stating the same complaints over and over again won't change anything.

Instead of just complaining make suggestions for how he can be buffed to make up for his lost power. For example the removal of his stun's .5 second cast time is a great idea that would make the ability feel a lot better to use. Other suggestions like having spells gain extra effects when sent into the cage would add while new dimensions of play for him.

This mass amounts of complaints are also a fault of Riot with how they barely talked about these changes with the community. Any change this big to a character needs to be discussed with the community and talked about. This would clear up lots of the parts that are unexplained and would provide a lot less annoyance for the community. If riot had discussed it more, the boards wouldn't be drowning in threads.
