TeamBuilder needs stuff... lots of stuff

A bunch of little things that would make TB better:

1. Try not to match us with teams that result in mirror matches. I think half of my last 8 or so games have had at least one mirror lane.

2. Let us join in parties. Every time I want to play with a friend it means we captain a game. More people filling is good.

3. If we're joining as a champion we have full mastery in let the captain know.

4. Let us request to switch champions/position/roles after we join a game as long as it fills a remaining position/role.

5. Let us search for different positions/roles after we start searching.

6. Don't just lower the MMR when we try new champions. Look for other people that are trying new champions in the same position. There's a big different between not knowing how to play a champion and not knowing what objective control is.
