Got 10k IP burning a hole in my pocket and I don't love any of the champs I play right now.
Things I'm okay at: Farming Playing defensively Knowing when I can outduel/outtrade Knowing when the team can win a fight Map Awareness Aiming/dodging skillshots
Things I suck at: Positioning Playing aggressively unless it's brainless (like Panth/Garen/Darius) Executing combos quickly Animation canceling

Have you tried playing with Lisandra? She is a great Mid laner and has a great wave clear! Have you tried her?
Ahri is your best bet. 2 straight line skill shots, High mobility through her Q and her ultimate (helps positioning and escaping ganks), can be played offensively with high burst damage and defensively through passive heal mechanic.
Vladimir also seems your style. He really doesn't need too much aiming and his blood pool helps out with a freebie accident forgiveness on positioning mistakes. Weak early game so he plays defensively early and pokes enemies with transfusion harass. Late game monster champion capable of being the best wave clearer in the game, being deceptively tanky and amplifying self and ally damage in team fights through his ultimate. Work great with wombs combo team comps, especially with Leona.
Other champions worth noting are Lissandra, LeBlanc, Karma, Veigar and Ziggs.
