HOW is ranked play balanced?

Literally how? random lane random ban...i see people saying im a "x champ main"... how?...i can "main" top n never get top... could main mid n never get mid... just how.

it's funny because all riot would have to do is make a minor modification to team builder design to create a ranked format

just make 5 blank position slots, have people pick the slot they want, then they are placed into a team the same way they would normally by their MMR

That would have to be completely Honor based. Riot Can't force you to pick a particular champion. And people will change their minds, if they say, only know 2 junglers, both of which get banned. Theirs pretty much nothing that prevents someone Qing up as support, and trying to take a different position. (one of the problems with the Original team builder)

Realistically, You probably should be fair in all roles if your doing ranked. Even if you don't really plan on playing a particular role, you should at least understand the big picture of what that position does for the team.

i definitely agree.. there lies the issue... i am well versed in all roles.
