How can someone be this bad at League of Legends? and why am i being matched with them.

the enemy team was 
I was a nasus against the shaco, so i was doing ok in lane. until everyone on my team fed the entire enemy team. Dont just say, "it was a bad game," or "it was just a bad match up for that one." this has been constant where i have been matched up with people that just dont know how to play the game period. i dont think i should be ranked in gold or anything like that. this match was in normal and i know trolls liver there. but there is no excuse for how bad thies people are. there should be a system in place that makes it so that people that are this bad have to go through the tutorials before they match up every single time they go into a game/want to go into a game. they learn that you dont die, you dont go alone, you stay behind minions, your goal is not the kills but the towers and other important things. but it would be for people that are consistently this bad. if they have three games in a row where their scores are like the above ones, then they need to be kicked out of the que pool and put back with the beginners or even roll back their summoner level so they can learn the basics again. I know smerfs might get in the way but that will teach them by example. My score was 1/6/2. as you can see i died the least, i got the least kills and least assists. I will explain, the reason my score is so bad is because they fed the team so hard i wasn't able to go anywhere, not only because the enemy team seemed omnipresent because they could spread out they were so fed, but also because my team was always dead. it was always 2-5 or 3-5. There is no reason that i am being matched up with people that belong in a game more their speed, like animal crossing. they had no concept of the basics of this game. Why am i being matched with these people? Riot needs to do something about this to improve the quality of games. no one should have to deal with this.
