Can Riot just make this change already?

Change Vayne's W passive from % max hp dmg to % current max hp dmg (no more true dmg. Maybe magic to give her dmg some diversity).

Kinda yes. Vayne shouldn't have that much power against someone who can't help but build tanky. Look at Kindred for example. Imagine if their passive or E dealt true dmg. You'd hate them so much. Same with Vayne and the problem is, she gets bonus stats thanks to her Q and her ult. Least that can be done is to remove some of her power against a specific set of champs.

I am not a Vayne main, in fact, never played her. But hell do I love playing against her! Not as a tank of course. Oh no no, that's exactly vayne's job. But as ZED. THE UNSEEN REKT IS THE DEADLIEST

I have no problem playing against any ADC as Zed. In, out, RIP. But since I started playing tanky champs only for like the past 100 games, I notice most of them almost never stand a chance to win against vayne, except Rammus of course.
