A tweak to Morg's passive to let her be more effective in mid.
I have exactly one issue with Morg: her passive. It's a cool passive, it's just that it's never been in a state where it was perfectly implemented. It's had two iterations, and both have one problem (oddly enough, the opposite issue).
Version 1 "Morgana gains 10/15/20% spell vamp."
Problem: Spell Vamp is 1/3 as effective on AOE spells, so Morg was only healing for 3.33/4.95/6.66% of the damage she dealt with her W/R. This meant that it was great for sustaining in mid, but not so much when you were actually fighting." It's strong enough in lane, but terrible against champions.
Version 2 "Morgana heals for 20% of the ability damage she deals to champions and large minions/monsters"
Problem: Does absolutely nothing to small creeps, so Morg can't sustain in mid anymore if it's not a cannon wave. This change, ostensibly meant as a buff to the spell, shot Mid Morgana in the foot in exchange for being a buff to her as a jungler. It's strong enough in teamfights, but it's bad enough in lane that Morg can't mid very well.
Proposed Version "Morgana heals for 20% of the ability damage she deals to champions/large monsters and for 5% of the ability damage dealt to minions/small monsters.
(W passive would be changed to "When Soul Siphon procs on a champion/large monsters" from "when Soul Siphon procs")
She'd have the exact same healing against champions that she has on live, along with similar lane sustain to what she had before her passive was reworked, so she'd both be able to sustain through lane and teamfights, so Morg mid would go from "Oh I guess you can do that if you really want to" to "Pretty solid".
