You are STILL not used to large stuff being released during a patch instead of patch day itself? Also, do you want a repeat of the Dynamic Queue Launch Tragedy, or do you actually want the implementation to be smooth?

who cares.. honestly.. the main reason people want the sandbox is just to fuck around and do stupid things they don't do in normals ^_^

i mean sandbox(practice) mode is the only reason i even patched the game today otherwhise i wouldnt even bother opening the tab for like a week or so.
