How do you foresee this affecting certain champions or items?

Personally I think this will make any sustained damage oriented build or champion stronger. Any on-hit champion or items would be indirectly buffed because you wouldn't to purchase life-steal or spell-vamp as early. The value you get out of all sources of sustain and shields is increased. Items and Champions I think will be indirectly affected shown below. I'm only listing the ones that immediately come to mind. I don't expect this keystone to be game-breaking but I think we will see a great deal of Junglers picking this keystone. was confirmed not to work on jungle monsters.

Champions that get more value out of their abilities with Warlord's Bloodlust. Most everyone that builds on-hit items, has built in sustain, has a shield/invulnerability, or scales especially well off of attack speed/critical strike.

Most every Marksman.
Most every champion with a shield or auto attack steroid.

This is all completely speculation. Thoughts?

This is going to make everyone use that + sterakks simply because the sustain is stupid

I think its alright in its current form, and in some cases a little OP... it should be like 10% of the damage you deal heals you, and leave the rest of that keystone alone.

Any champ who thrives at fighting at low life ( think aatrox ) might become stupidly strong with this... i mean... theoretically you can achieve over 100% life steal now O.O

I would very much like to know why Janna, Lulu and Akali are on the list for a mastery involving lifesteal. Glancing past that though, it will definetely push some sustain champs over the edge. Olaf Fear the viking...
