I really hope that this buff has something to do more with the Support role than Mid, cz it looks unreasonable af. Don't give me that "Brand isn't performing his best right now, so we're gonna oomph him up a notch" bullshit like how you do in almost every buffed champs ever.

Bogdan19451 votesI think it's because he's a fairly reliable support against certain supports like thresh or taric which he can demolish tbh if he capitalizes on the opportunity, but since they go aftershock he might need a bit of "oomph" to compensate to keep those 2 fuckers in check specifically , not because he's underperforming , it might also be because there's a shit ton of situations in which you escape a brand with 2-5% max hp so there might be that
Jinzo Torrance1 votesI mean, 2% max health damage over 4 seconds is barely noticeable, it might as well not be there. If you have 2000hp it does 10 damage pre second before resists, that's nothing.
TertiaryToast1 votesI think the main reasoning is the loss of DFT hurt him more than expected. So this will compensate for DFT no longer proccing alongside his passive.
DemainaNyx1 votesI think it's in hopes he'll go mid again, like they did with Zyra and Morgana. They gave him mana back on his W and that didn't fix it, so it's the next attempt. I don't know how the change will be, but I assume his passive will scale better with AP, thus making him a better mid laner vs support.
