less damage if you hit 5 different target around the same if you hit 1 target but still less nerfed her aoe damage by a lot. no buff nerf everywhere

Yes, they nerfed her. Of course, this is pbe so it might not happen, but even if it does, fiora will still deal damage if she is doing well to begin with. This mostly just means she won't be quite as braindead for early dives or jumping into 1v3s.

if they really wanted to nerf her early game they would have nerf her early game damage not her total dps (base damage and AD ratio) this is a permanent nerf and it's written black on white

They appear to be targetting her late game, as opposed to her early game, with this nerf. That's good because she generally ramps up to be an unstoppable late-game terror with the ult capable of crippling the entire enemy team within thenths of a second of the start of a team fight.

They are currently testing out strong nerfs to several of the game's classic monsters - Katarina, Fiora, .... And as KMan said, it's PBE so all these changes are going to get tweaked and dialed in until they see results they like. then they will be released and further changes will be needed to balance it all out.

Yes that is a nerf. I am predicting it will not go through because it is one of the things keeping her viable in the late game.

Her 1V1 damage is nearly exactly equal to its current values, a little less in the late-game.

Okay, having checked surrender at 20 again, it seems the bonus AD ratio was nerfed (last time had only shown the base damage and %damage was reduced to changes). ~315 bonus AD breaks even single target, but otherwise this was just a nerf :/
