Random Complaint about The HExtech system- Timing

I feel like hextech should be something that surprises me when I play well, or something to expect everytime I do X. Right now it's "you havent gotten anything for 3 weeks and hit an S game, here you go"

Its just every 3 or 4 weeks, whenever the 'reset' is, I get a reward. Then its boom boom boom 3 games in a row I get my keys and done for a month

That makes the excitement, for me, a little weirdly paced. Seeing the S after game is nice, but I know that its still X weeks until that S is meaningful.

Any thoughts on changing this up a bit? Maybe make it a weekly cap instead of monthly? Spread the love a bit?
