Like alright I get that she is supposed to be dependent on Love Tap/Bullet Time and don't get me wrong, they're scary strong when you can use them, but she's still an ADC. Isn't that a little low for a pure AD Champion?
That ult. Still requires her to stand still, and channel for 3 solid seconds now. Any non-brain dead is just gonna wait until she channels then immediately interrupt it, I mean, its not like there's not a plethora of ways to interrupt channeled spells. Instant silences, pop ups, stuns, or just using x/y/z gap closer and immediately killing her. I had a non-fed Annie burst me down in .56 seconds a few days ago. Guess what MF's ult our ranges Annie, but any player with half a bit of competence is going to save their flash EVERYTHING for MF when she starts to channel.
MF is the MOST positioning dependent ADC in the game, when you consider her Q bounce requires her to be in the right spot, and her Ult makes her a sitting duck, but this league of gap closers, requires you to literally be in a game of "Bots" to get a full ult off on any portion of the enemy team.
One strong channeled AoE, is not an excuse for her to have poor ADC Focusing ability with some of the worst AD scaling in the game.
This is the worst part. Miss Fortune at lvl 18 has less base AD than some champs at level 1. Heck the new champ Illaoi has a base of 60 at level 1, and gets 5ad per level. At level 2, she has more base AD than MF, has long range abilities that are easy to hit, can pretty much zone most ranged champs indefinitely with Tentacles, AND using her "spirit pull", can chunk down your ADC with no risk to herself at all, then turn your ADC into a tentacle spawning 6th man for the enemy team. :-/

On a serious note, the INITIAL burst from a Lovetap AA + Q is pretty beefy, but her follow up damage is INCREDIBLY weak. She's entirely dependent on Lovetap to be able to last hit minions now, and if you mis calculate and AA a minion twice by mistake, your most likely going to lose that CS, her lovetap mechanic is extremely frustrating. :-/
For reference, Morgana has 118 at 18 and starts at 55.
Miss Fortune is intended as a teamfight marksman, not a duelling marksman, even then she has Auto-Resets with her Q so her DPS will be roughly in line with other markspeople.
I personally like the rework, but totally agree about the base ad. I think her mechanics and abilities are fun to use now, but have too much of her kits power. I'd like to see her base ad raised, and the ratios on her passive and ult dropped slightly, so they do around similar damage as life, well the passive doing a little less actually, as she's on the strong side currently.
MF actually has a good win rate right now... her Love Tap passive and ult buffs have made her a bit more niche-y but overall she is in a great spot.
Stats in isolation from the character mean very little.... Garen actually has low defensive stats, but coupled with his double defensive steroid (W) he is actually one of the innately tanky characters in the game.
This is the only way her .75 total AD ratio per wave on her ult is reasonable.
